Find Your Fit

Which of these sounds like your week?

Three patterns that come up on almost every first call.

FOUNDERS & STARTUPS

You're building a product. But coordinating the delivery keeps pulling you away from it.

See how it works

SCALING A TEAM

Your team is fully committed. The roadmap keeps growing. The board wants answers.

See how it works

AGENCIES & STUDIOS

Your team is at capacity. Saying yes to new work means quality takes the hit.

What's Actually Broken

You keep staffing the problem. It keeps landing back on you.

01

Hired a contractor?

The coordination stayed yours.

02

Brought in an agency?

The delivery calls stayed yours.

03

Added headcount?

The unblocking stayed yours.

The fix isn't one more seat to manage. It's a self-managed crew with a tech lead who owns delivery from Day 1.

Why Crewlane Remains The Same

You're not adding headcount. You're adding a Delivery Engine.

Delivery Engine

Crew lead built in

Every crew of 3+ includes a crew lead who codes and leads. They run sprint planning, standups, and code reviews. Zero management overhead on your side.

Pay after the milestone

Every engagement starts with a 2-week paid pilot. We deliver first. You pay only after you see the work.

Your tools, your workflow

Your crew works in your repos, your Slack, your Jira. They follow your coding standards. An extension of your team.

48-hour replacement

If an engineer isn't the right fit, we replace them within 48 hours. No awkward conversations, no waiting.

Testimonials

Trusted by Clients, Proven by Results

""
Amazing. The team delivered our MVP on time and on budget - exactly what was promised, and exactly what was delivered. I have previously suffered with contractors who over-promised and under-delivered, so this was a breath of fresh air. The quality of work is as good as they say it is, and the range of skillsets across the team is impressive. If you have a software project, hire them.

Who You'll Talk To

Ready to see if this is the Right Fit?

I've led delivery on 100+ engineering engagements at HestaBit. I built Crewlane because I kept seeing the same pattern - great companies held back by the speed of hiring.

On the call, I'll tell you honestly whether a Crewlane crew is the right fit - or if you should go a different direction. No pitch deck. No pressure.

What We Stand Behind

Start Risk-Free. We've built it that way.

Four promises built in before you start. Not negotiated after.

PROMISE 01

2 weeks

Paid pilot

You set the milestone. We ship it. You pay after you see the work, not before.

×Pay upfront and hope it ships

PROMISE 02

48 hours

Engineer replacement

If someone isn't the right fit, we replace them within 48 hours.

×Weeks stuck with a bad-fit hire

PROMISE 03

30 days

Exit clause

After the first 3 months, leave with 30 days notice. No lock-in, no penalty.

×Locked into a long, rigid contract

PROMISE 04

Day 1

NDA signed

Before we see a single line of context. Your codebase is protected from the start.

×Code exposed before any paperwork

The Onboarding Timeline

Call on Monday. Code in your repo by Friday.

Step 1 takes 30 minutes and asks nothing of you. No prep. No deck. Just show up.

A focused conversation to understand your product, technology stack, business goals, and delivery timelines. No slides, no paperwork just meaningful discussion.

Discovery call
Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we get asked. Answered.

After the discovery call, your crew is assembled within 48 hours. Engineers join your Slack and repos that same day, and you'll have production code in your repo by Day 5. The 2-week paid pilot starts from there.

Full-stack web, mobile (React Native, iOS, Android), AI and LLM integrations, and cloud infrastructure. If you're on a modern stack, we've built production systems on it. The discovery call is where we confirm the match.

No. The embedded tech lead handles all engineering decisions, code reviews, and build calls. You set the direction — what to build, what the milestone is, what matters. The crew handles everything below that line.

Yes. After the initial 3-month period you move to month-to-month. You can add engineers, change crew size, or wind down with 30 days notice. No penalties, no renegotiation required.

Hourly or monthly retainer depending on your crew size. You pay nothing until after the 2-week pilot milestone is delivered. After that, billing is monthly. No surprise invoices, no hourly tracking to manage.

Yes. Crewlane slots in as an extension of your team. The tech lead coordinates with whoever you have. Not around them.
